Green Yaggy is a multiple award winning social transformation project concept which started in 2007, poised to help young people bring their ideas to life while adopting positive behaviours towards change in Nigeria. Its flexible, transformational and social programs cut across business, entertainment, science, community development, behavioural change and patriotism. In a nutshell, the Green Yaggy Project seeks to create an enabling environment where every citizen can be inspired to be Nigerian through a commitment to achieve and serve.
However, a YAGGY is a young person inspired to lead transformational change and innovation for self and community.
The Green Yaggy slogan is stemming from the fact that every young person can be inspired and can be Nigerian: I See You, I See Yaggy!
PARTICIPATION
Yaggy Membership Levels
- Yaggy Member: This is the normal membership for every participating member of Green Yaggy.
- Yaggy Lead: These are members leading change in their respective communities using Green Yaggy initiatives.
- Yaggy Ambassador: These include key personalities who have achieved and can serve as role models to the entire Yaggy community
